Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy

The Spine and Wellness Center of Coral Springs, P.A., doing business as Heron Lakes Chiropractic and The 4R Method ("The Spine and Wellness Center," "the Company," "we," "our"), maintains the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Returns & Exchanges

We will not accept any opened product (including supplements, nutritional products, and wellness products) for return or exchange.

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.

Prepaid treatment packages or care plans cannot be returned; however, the remaining value may be applied toward other services or products offered by our office.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or missed appointments without prior notice, are subject to a $50 fee.
